Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, all sales are final.
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
